tapmarquee.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The sample menus are plain pages that run in your browser and send nothing back to us.

The page fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives the usual details any website request carries, such as your IP address and browser. Our host keeps standard server logs for security and to keep the site running.

When you email us

If you write to hi@tapmarquee.com, we use your email address and what you send to reply and to set up your board. We don’t sell it, and we don’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

The TapMarquee service

The owner portal, the TV boards, the phone menu and guest ratings currently run on the same platform as VABrewGuide.com. Accounts, menus, QR code scans and ratings are handled under the VABrewGuide privacy policy. In short:

• Your tap list, prices, logos and slides are shown on your boards, phone menu and website tap list, because that is what you put them there for.
• Guests can rate a beer without signing up. We count ratings and QR scans per brewery and don’t ask guests for their names.
• Bartender logins hold only what’s needed to sign in.
